Location is from a logistic point of view very good - however the surroundings are not very interesting and has a little bite of red light district atmosphere

Nice hotel close to Incheon Airport
The room was big and fresh. The staff was very professional and helpful. The deluxe double room had a nice bath.
The bed was pretty hard which made it difficult for my wife to get a good night's rest due to back pain.

The location was good, the room was clean and staff was helpful
Overall the hotel met our needs. The room was clean the staff was great always there to answer questions and assist with needs. The room was stocked with anything you needed full size shampoo condone body wash tooth paste tooth brush ave more. They kept the fridge stocked with 3 bottles of water, ice coffee and pop/soda
The main issue was the bed was uncomfortable like sleeping on a box spring. When we mentioned the problem they had a mattress pad put on the bed that solved the issue. The height of the shower was a problem for me. I'm 5'6" tall and it was a hand held that was eady to high they had a low position but it was at my midsection it also had a waterfall shower. Both perfect for my husband who is 6'1".

Fantastic staff and atmosphere made for a lovely stay
The decor in the hotel is beautiful. I loved the atmosphere in my room, it was nice and large and I thought the plants were a fantastic idea. Everything was very clean. The tub was great, I especially liked the jets. The shower was nice and big and the toilet was very nice (with a built-in bidet system). There were lots of toiletries (including bubble bath and face masks!) and even a hair dryer and a straightener in the room. The robes were super soft and comfy, and the drinks in the fridge were free. The staff was super friendly, and spoke English well. They had excellent hospitality. I was greeted by name as soon as I walked in the door (they must have been expecting me!), and since it was raining during my stay, every time I went out, one of the staff would run up to me with an umbrella. There were lots of restaurants in the area, and the hotel is very close to the subway station.
The angle of the shower head mount on the wall meant that if you put the shower head on the wall, it basically just shot straight across to hit the opposite wall. It wasn't angled down, so you basically just had to use the shower head as if it were only handheld. The comforter on the bed was super soft and fluffy, but it was unfortunately far too warm for this time of year. It would have been nice to have a lighter blanket or sheet. The breakfast was pretty basic, nothing special.
